Students, part-time students, faculty, and staff can get unlimited rides anytime, anywhere in the Twin Ports with their student photo ID from a collegiate institution enrolled in the U-Pass program.

U-Pass Program Qualifications
Full-time students and faculty of:
University of Wisconsin – Superior (UWS)
and the
College of St. Scholastica (CSS)
All students enrolled at:
University of Minnesota – Duluth (UMD) Undergraduate
All students at:
Lake Superior College (LSC)
Graduate students, faculty, and staff members at UMD can opt-in to the DTA U-Pass program for a fee.
DTA College Service
UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA DULUTH (UMD)
The DTA provides service to the University of Minnesota – Duluth (UMD) with routes:
UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN SUPERIOR
The DTA provides service to-and-from The University of Wisconsin – Superior (UWS) on Route 16.
The DTA U-Pass provides unlimited travel on the DTA for all UWS students.
THE COLLEGE OF ST. SCHOLASTICA
The DTA provides service to the College of St. Scholastica, with direct on-campus service to-and-from Tower Hall via routes:
Additionally, on-campus service is available after 7:00 p.m. during the week and on the weekends with Route 11.
DTA also offers services for High school and Middle school students.
NOTE: DTA Student Services is not part of the U-Pass Program.
