U-Pass Program Qualifications
Full-time students and faculty of:
University of Wisconsin – Superior (UWS)
and the
College of St. Scholastica (CSS)
All students enrolled at:
University of Minnesota – Duluth (UMD) Undergraduate
All students at:
Lake Superior College (LSC)
Graduate students, faculty, and staff members at UMD can opt-in to the DTA U-Pass program for a fee.
DTA College Service
UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA DULUTH (UMD)
The DTA provides service to the University of Minnesota – Duluth (UMD) with routes:
Blue Line, 103, 104, 105, 112
UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN SUPERIOR
The DTA provides service to-and-from The University of Wisconsin – Superior (UWS) on Route 110 and 111
The DTA U-Pass provides unlimited travel on the DTA for all UWS students.
THE COLLEGE OF ST. SCHOLASTICA
The DTA provides service to the College of St. Scholastica, with direct on-campus service to-and-from Tower Hall via routes:

Additionally, on-campus service is available after 7:00 p.m. during the week and on the weekends with Route 11.
LAKE SUPERIOR COLLEGE
The DTA provides service to Lake Superior College (LSC) on routes:

DTA also offers services for High school and Middle school students.
NOTE: DTA Student Services is not part of the U-Pass Program.
DTA Student Services
DTA Fixed Route service has stops along corridors adjacent to many area schools and education facilities. Students and families interested in the best routing to connect to these areas can use the Transit App, Trip Planner, Hand Schedules, Bus Tracker, or reach out at 218-722-SAVE for more information.
