Superior Trick or Treat Detour 10/31
A Trick or Treating event in Superior, WI will affect Route 110 & 111 on Tuesday, October 31st . from approximately noon until 5pm. We will need to detour as follows:
Route 111 To Downtown Superior:
From Belknap St after UWS continue straight until Ogden Ave. Turn right turn onto Ogden Ave, and continue until Winter Street, turn left. Continue on Winter St until Banks Ave, turn left. Please exercise good judgement of selecting a safe place to layover between Ogden Ave and Winter St up until no further than Banks Ave and Broadway.
Route 111 To Itasca:
From layover spot continue with instructions in “To Downtown” portion of the detour until going Southbound on Banks Ave. Continue on Banks Ave until Belknap St and turn left. Continue on Belknap St to resume regular routing.
Route 110 From Duluth:
Regular route, no changes.
Route 110 To Duluth:
From Walmart in Superior, run regular route to Tower Avenue and Belknap Street, the detour by turning left on Belknap Street and run Belknap to the Bong bridge, continuing on the detour routing used while the Blatnik Bridge is closed to Duluth.
Passengers will be required to transfer from Route 111 to Route 110 on Tower Avenue south of the Library stop until Route 110 can resume access to the Tower Ave and 14th bus stop.
