Effective immediately, 103 and 109 entering downtown from the west are detoured to 5th Ave., West, and for Thursday, July 9 are then joining detours already in progress for downtown days. Once the timeframe is established for this change for Mesaba Avenue we will update detour communication for the days ahead.
