This Detour is Over. Buses are back on regular route effective Friday 6/2
The closure of Haines Road at Anderson Road for underground work will require Saturday and Sunday Route 9M buses to detour as follows.
Week-end Route 9M From Downtown:
Buses will run regular route to Piedmont Avenue and Decker Road, then detour via right on Decker Road to Mall Drive, left on Mall Drive to Maple Grove Road, Left on to Maple Grove Road to Burning Tree Road, right on Burning Tree Road to Super One and then return to regular route.
Week-end Route 9M To Downtown:
After Serving Super One and returning to Haines Road via Mall Drive, buses will run regular route to Haines Road and Maple Grove Road, the detour via left on Maple Grove Road to Mall Drive, right on Mall Drive to Decker Road, right on Decker Road to Piedmont Avenue, left on Piedmont Avenue and then return to regular route.
Stops along Haines Road between Maple Grove Road and Piedmont Avenue, and stops along Piedmont Avenue between Decker Road and Haines Road will not be served on Saturdays and Sundays during this detour.
