Routes 4 and 15 will return to service on September 13th and observe standard routing and schedules

Routes 4 and 15 will return to service on September 13th and observe their normal schedule.  The temporary Park Point dial-a-ride will no longer operate after September 11th.  Both returning routes will operate on their standard routing and schedules
