On Saturday, September 14th, the North Shore Inline Skate Marathon will take place between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. The race will close portions of 60th AE as well as Harbor Drive. The northbound lane of 5th Avenue West will also be closed, and this will cause a suspension in service to the Route 24 until the 1:45 p.m. trip departing DTC. The detour for the Route 7 will be as follows:
ROUTE 7 LAKESIDE: Regular route to 60th Avenue East and Tioga Street, then the bus will detour right on Tioga Street to 58th Avenue East, left on 58th Avenue East to E. Superior Street, right on E. Superior Street and regular route to downtown.
ROUTE 24: Suspension of service until the 1:45 p.m. trip
