The annual “Proctor Hoghead Festival” will be held on Wednesday through Sunday, August 14-18. Third Avenue between 4th and 5th Streets will be closed from Wednesday morning through approximately noon Sunday. The festival will cause the route 3 Proctor buses to detour Wednesday through Sunday. Due to continued signal work at the intersection of Hwy. 2 and 2nd St., there is only one detour this year for both the general festival and the car show.
OUTBOUND: Regular route to Zenith Terrace, through Zenith Terrace to Boundary Avenue, left on Boundary Ave. to Highway #2, right on Hwy 2 to 1st St., left on 1st Street to Pionk Dr., right on Pionk Dr. to 2nd St. and regular route.
INBOUND: Reverse routing of outbound.
