ROUTE 16 DETOUR @ E. 5th & 31st Ave East Sunday August 6th

On Sunday, August 6^th, at Approximately 8am the “Protect the Waters” Festival will cause the closure of 31^st Avenue East along Route 16 in Superior.

During this time Route 16 buses will detour as follows:

Route 16:

From downtown: Regular route to East 5^th Street and 29^th Avenue East in Superior, then detour by turning left on 29^th Avenue East and run to Highway 2/53, turn right on highway 2/53 and continue to Itasca on regular route.

To Downtown: Reverse of above routing. (Using 29^th Avenue East between Highway 2/53 and East 5^th Street).

This detour is expected to last until 8pm. Route 16 buses can use regular route until the street is closed and return to regular route whenever it reopens.
