Effective Immediately, 2nd Street in Proctor will be closed at 5th Street to all traffic.
This closure will cause all of Route 3 west of the railroad tracks to be curtailed. Buses should not cross the tracks and should instead detour as follows.
Route 3 From Downtown:
Buses will run regular route to Highway 2 and 2nd Street, then turn right on 2nd Street and run to Pionk Drive (The first Street on the left behind the gas station) turn left on Pionk Drive and continue to the Proctor City Office Building.
Route 3 To Downtown:
From the temporary layover on Pionk Drive buses will run back to 2nd Street, turn right and run to Highway 2, turn left and continue on regular route inbound.
