North Shore Inline Marathon Service Impacts Route 103 & 110 Saturday, September 19
Updated Friday, 9/18: Service Alert: **New information means the 110 will only detour in the Duluth Direction**
North Shore Inline Marathon Service Impacts Saturday, September 19, approximately 6:15 AM to 2:00 PM The North Shore Inline Marathon will cause road closures and traffic congestion throughout Duluth. Riders on all DTA routes should expect possible delays during this time, particularly when traveling through downtown Duluth.
We will also plan to detour via 58th Ave E to Tioga to 60th Ave E for Eastbound and the reverse for Westbound after all. However, as soon as we see that this portion has reopened, we will return to regular route in that area.
Route 110 (Duluth-Superior)
Due to a combination of marathon-related road closures and ongoing construction, Route 110 will not serve Garfield Avenue for most of the day in the To Duluth direction. Customers who normally use Route 110 stops on Garfield Avenue may need to travel To Superior to catch the next available To Duluth direction Service to Garfield Avenue in the To Duluth direction is expected to resume beginning with the 2:28 PM trip departing Aldi in Superior toward Duluth.
