*** update: route 105 is back on regular routing in the 9th street area***
A house fire near East 9th Street has caused a detour of Route 105 east of 11th Avenue East. Buses will use the detour routing listed below until 9th Street reopens:
From Downtown to UMD: Regular route to 9th Street and 11th Avenue East, then buses will detour by turning left on 11th Avenue East and run to Kenwood Avenue, then right on Kenwood Avenue to College Street, right on College Street to UMD.
From UMD to Downtown: Regular route to College Street and 19th Avenue East/Junction Avenue, then buses detour by running College Street to Kenwood Avenue, turning left and running to Skyline Parkway/11th Avenue East then using 11th Avenue East to 9th Street, turn right and returning to regular route to downtown.
19th Avenue East and 9th Street east of 11th AE will not have bus service until 9th Street reopens. It is estimated 9th Street will reopen in an hour or so.
