Hog Head Festival Detour

The annual “Proctor Hoghead Festival” will be held on Wednesday through Sunday, August 17^th-21^st.  Third Avenue between 4^th and 5^th Streets will be closed at various times from Wednesday morning through approximately noon Sunday. Route 3 Proctor buses will use only one detour for the entire period starting Wednesday morning, August 17^th until Sunday, August 21^st at noon.

OUTBOUND:  Regular route through Zenith Terrace and back to Boundary Avenue, then detour via left on Boundary Avenue to Highway 2, right on Highway 2 to 2^nd Street, left on 2^nd Street and regular route.

INBOUND:  Reverse of outbound routing.
