**Grand Avenue has re-opened and route 103 Service has returned to normal**

Duluth Police have closed Grand Avenue to all traffic, including bus service, near the Duluth Zoo. Buses are detouring thru the Norton Park neighborhood using 77th Avenue West, Coleman Street and 83rd Avenue West to bypass the closed section.

Buses will return to regular route as soonas Grand Avenue reopens.
