East 4th Street Detour Modification Updated 7/6 (Route 104)
Plans have changed regarding the staging of portions of the lead replacement project on 4th St. This phase will now include a stretch of Woodland Ave. This alters our originally scheduled detour to be replaced by these instructions instead. This portion is scheduled to begin July 15th and remain in place for 1 week.
Route 104 To UMD: From 4th St at Woodland Ave, detour by continuing straight on on 4th St and follow to 21st Ave E and turn left, follow to Woodland Ave and turn right to resume regular route.
Route 104 From UMD: (Reverse of To UMD directions) From Woodland Ave at 21st Ave E, detour by turning left on 21st Ave E and follow to 4th St, turn right on 4th St and follow to resume regular route.
Watch for another phase change that will involve an alternate detour that will follow this closure reopening. It may come with short notice given the pattern this project has presented. We’ll have our plan ready soon.
