Detour Affecting DTC Begins Friday 5/8 3rd Avenue West Closure Superior Street to Michigan Street
On Friday, May 8th, 3rd Avenue West will be closed between Superior Street and Michigan
Street for a construction project. During this time all buses providing service to DTC will be
required to detour as follows:

All Buses Heading to DTC from the west (Lincoln Park, Proctor, etc.): Run Superior
Street to 5th Avenue West, turn right on 5th Avenue West to Michigan Street, turn left onto
Michigan Street and continue to DTC.

All Buses Heading to DTC from the east (Mall, UMD, Lakeside, etc.): Run Superior
Street to 4th Avenue West, turn left on 4th Avenue West to Michigan Street, turn left onto
Michigan Street and continue to DTC.

Westbound Buses Departing DTC: When departing the interior of DTC turn right onto
Michigan Street, passing in front of DTC. Continue on Michigan Street to 2nd Avenue West,
turn left and follow to Superior Street, turn left and continue along Superior Street using
regular route.

Eastbound Buses Departing DTC: Regular route along Michigan Street and 1st Avenue
West to Superior Street. No detour required.
This detour is expected to last four to five weeks.
