Decriminalize Color Event September 24th Detour:
With the event happening frim 1:00-5:00pm,
On Saturday, September 24th, the “NAACP’s Decriminalize Color” event will close 1st Street from 1st Avenue East to 2nd Avenue East from 1pm to 5pm. During this time buses that use 1st Street in this section (Inbound Route 13 turning into outbound Route 10) should detour as follows:
Inbound 13 turning into outbound 10: Regular route to 3rd Street and 3rd Avenue East, then detour by continuing along 3rd Street to 1st Avenue East, turn left and run to 1st Street, turn right and regular route to 6th Avenue East.
