DTA OPERATIONS MOVE TO 1ST STREET DURING PARADE
The Christmas City of the North Parade is scheduled for Friday, November 18th. The parade will be staged along London Road, beginning at the London Road/10th Avenue East/Superior Street intersection, traveling west on Superior Street, and south on 5th Avenue West. Superior Street between 10th Avenue East and 5th Avenue West will be blocked to all traffic at approximately 5:45 PM and will remain closed until the completion of the parade at approximately 8:15 PM.
During this time the Duluth Transportation Center will not be provided bus service. The library stop will also be closed, and routes 6/7 will be using 12th Ave East instead of 10th Ave East. Passengers are directed to board and alight buses along 1st Street between 5th Avenue West and 3rd Avenue East.
Jefferson Lines will continue to operate out of the transportation center as per normal.
