3rd Avenue East Closure Detour 7/24

Effective Monday, July 24^th, 3^rd Avenue East will be closed for reconstruction between 1^st and 2^nd Street.

This closure will cause all routes that use 3^rd Avenue East in both directions to detour as follows:

 From Downtown:

Regular route to Superior Street and 2^nd Avenue East, then detour by turning left on 2^nd Avenue East and run to 2^nd Street, turn right on 2^nd Street and continue past 3^rd Avenue East and return to regular route.

To Downtown:

Regular route to 3^rd Street and 3^rd Avenue East, then detour by continuing along 3^rd Street to 2^nd Avenue East, turn left and run to Superior Street, turn right and return to regular route.

This detour is expected to last one to two weeks. Two temporary bus stops will be placed on 2^nd Avenue East and one temporary bus stop on 2^nd Street after the turn off of 2^nd Avenue East.
