26th Avenue West and 3rd Street Detour (Blue Line) begins August 5th:

The intersection of 26th Ave W and 3rd St will be closed from Tuesday, August 5th and is expected to last several days. This will generate a detour for the Blue Line until the roadway reopens. During this detour reliefs normally taking place at 3rd St and 26th Ave W will instead need to be made at the nearside of 2nd St and 26th Ave W. Nearside of 26th and 2nd will also be a temp stop during this detour. We will resume regular route once the intersection is reopened.

Eastbound Blue Line (To UMD): Regular route until 3rd St at 27th Ave W, detour by turning right onto 27th Ave W and follow to W 2nd St, turn left on 2nd St and follow to 25th Ave W, turn left on 25th Ave W and follow to W 3rd St, turn right on 3rd St to resume regular route.

Westbound Blue Line (From UMD): Reverse of Eastbound directions.
