Rolling closures on W 3rd Lincoln Park – NEW WEDNESDAY 8-21 @ 8:15am

Project closure area changed again, effective immediately we need to revert to our last detour using 24th Ave W. See below.

On Wednesday August 21^st West 3^rd St will be closed between 21^st Ave W and 23rd Ave W. This will cause detours for Routes 103, 107, 108 and the Blue Line.

Temporary stops will be placed on 1^st St as near to 21^st Ave W and 23^rd Ave West as we safely can.

Eastbound Blue Line & Route 103 (To Downtown& UMD): Regular route until 3^rd St and 24^th Ave West, detour by turning right onto 24^th Ave W and proceed to 1^st St, turn left onto 1^st St and follow to 21^st Ave W and turn right and back onto regular route.

Westbound Blue Line & Route 103 (To West Duluth & New Duluth): From Superior St and 21^st Ave W detour by staying on Superior St to 24^th Ave W and turn right onto 24^th Ave W, follow 24^th Ave W to 3^rd St and turn left to resume regular routing.

Route 107 and 108 From Downtown: From Superior St and 21^st Ave W detour by staying on Superior St to 24^th Ave W and turn right onto 24^th Ave W, follow 24^th Ave W to resume regular routing.

Route 107 and 108 To Downtown: Regular route until 3^rd St and 24^th Ave West, detour by staying on 24^th Ave W to 1^st St, turn left onto 1^st St and follow to 21^st Ave W and turn right and back onto regular route.

The contractor reports that this closure may conclude later the same day. We will resume regular routing as soon as a supervisor has confirmed it is reopened and has pulled any applicable signage.
