The DTA is required to update the Title VI program every three years to meet the Federal Transit Administration’s standards. This is a document that details how the DTA meets the objectives of the law and outlines our commitment to providing service that is accessible to everyone regardless of race, color, or national origin. A draft of the proposed Title VI update is available and open for public comments. There will also be a public hearing for the Title VI update at the next DTA board meeting on March 25th at 4pm where all interested persons are encouraged to attend.
