4th Street & 1st AE Detour (104 &114) Wednesday October 22nd
On Wednesday October 22nd, 2025, construction will close the intersection of 4th Street and 1st Avenue East. Route 104 and 114 buses will need to detour as follows during this time.
Route 104 & 114 From Downtown: Regular route to Lake Avenue and 2nd Street, then detour by turning right on 2nd Street and run to 2nd Avenue East, turn left on 2nd Avenue East and run to 4th Street, turn right on 4th Street and resume regular route.
Route 104 To Downtown: Regular route to 4th Street and 2nd Avenue East, then detour by turning left on 2nd Avenue East and run to 3rd Street, turn right on 3rd Street and run to Lake Avenue, turn left on Lake Avenue and return to regular route.
The duration of this detour is expected to approximately one week. Buses will return to regular route as soon as the intersection reopens.
