Title VI Information

Individuals or organizations who believe they have been denied benefits of, excluded from participation in, or subject to descrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin by the DTA can file an administrative complaint with the Federal Transit Administration's Office of Civil Rights under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
