Request for Proposals

DTA Phone System & Cell Phones

The Duluth Transit Authority hereby requests written proposals for the provision of DTA Phone System for the DTA operating center at: 2402 West Michigan St., Duluth MN and at Transit Center East at 214-16 West Superior Street. This includes communications equipment, line charges, long distance calling, and cellular phones with and without data packages. The DTA reserves the option to award portions to different vendors. All proposals are to be marked "DTA Phone System", and mailed or delivered to: Jim Heilig, DTA Director of Administration; 2402 West Michigan Street; Duluth MN 55806 .

Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 p.m., August 17, 2010. The DTA reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids in the best interest of the Authority.

All interested parties may attend a project review meeting on: July 15, 2010 at 2:00 pm.:
