DULUTH, MINNESOTA (June 29, 2016) – In an effort to accommodate citizens getting to-and-from Bayfront Festival Park during the Independence Day Celebration, the Duluth Transit Authority (DTA) will operate two Trolley buses along the regular Port Town Trolley route from 12:15 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, July 4, 2016. There will be service every 15 minutes between downtown, Bayfront Festival Park and Canal Park.

The Port Town Trolley fare is only $.50 cents per passenger. Unlimited-ride DTA Day Passes are also available for purchase on the Trolleys for only $4. The DTA’s 31-Day Passes and stored value fare cards will also be honored on the Trolleys with children ages 4 and under riding for free.
